If you were in a traffic collision where the other party fled the scene, we will perform a factual investigation for you and help track down the other diver. We can obtain Police accident reports, seek CCTV, perform database checks, and canvass the scene for witnesses.

If you are the victim of a crime but the Police will not investigate we can collect the evidence and assist you reach a desired outcome. This may include obtaining documents or records, finding witnesses, locating CCTV, analysis of evidence and advising on a course of action.
Why would Police not investigate?

While Police provide an essential service, the uniformed member who takes your complaint is usually not a trained Detective. If they cannot see a prima facie case (on first impression), they will record the matter but may not investigate.
Additionally, due to increased work-loads, Police are often too busy to dedicate sufficient time to certain matters including motor vehicle collisions.

What about getting a lawyer?

Lawyers provide a necessary service to the community but are also are not trained Detectives. This means that on top of their fees they will have to sub contract out any investigative work.
